You could call Raimo obsessed with short feedback loops and teaching developers all about Extreme Programming and Technical Agility.

He's a polyglot software engineer and among plenty of others, well-versed in refactoring and testing JVM and JavaScript projects, an expert in docker and kubernetes and has worked in FinTech, Travel, and Cloud Infrastructure companies after founding his first company in 2013.

He's been running Coderetreat.org since 2016 where he taught hundreds of other trainers how to run Software Development workshops.

Chris brings with him over 10 years of professional experience as a software developer, coach and consultant working with teams and organizations from just two to thousands of employees in the architecture, insurance, ecommerce and consumer electronics domains

He has previously organized SoCraTes Conference, the largest unconference on Software Craft and Testing worldwide and ran dozens of TDD workshops with clients and communities alike.
